KerryGold butter, Grapeseed oil, Coconut oil and Olive Oil
•Green Apples
•Frozen BlueBerries
•Spinach
•Eggs
•Organic Turkey Bacon or Turkey Sausage
•Deli Meat
•Sharp Cheddar Cheese
•Almonds
•Baked Chicken
•Romaine lettuce leaves
•Broccoli and cauliflower

Peatein - Plant based protein. Designs for health brand. Until you are able to get one of these powders, you can add almond butter 1tbsp to your smoothies.
