I made a smoothie out of frozen raspberries, regular unsweetened yogurt, vanilla protien, vanilla, kale and ice. Sooo good. You can't even taste the kale.
What kind of protein powder do I need? Untill I get that, what would be a substitute in the smoothies? Answer: Hi Deanna, There are several options for you: Whey Protein - only use if from grass fed cows. We carry Garden for Life, Maximized Living and Designs for Health Brands. Peatein - Plant based protein. Designs for health brand. Until you are able to get one of these powders, you can add almond butter 1tbsp to your smoothies.
