1/2 Bunch of Kale
1/4 Cup Red Grapes
1 Teaspoon Vanilla
1 Teaspoon Cinnamon
1 Dash of Cayenne Pepper (to taste)
1/2 Cup of Ice
1/2 Cup Water or Until Desired Consistency is Reached
